The Anstalt (English: establishment, French: etablissement) under Liechtenstein civil law is a company form with its own legal personality.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
It does not have any members but only beneficiaries, which receive economic benefits from the establishment. The establishment may be organised similarly to a foundation or may be given corporation-like features. . The establishment is a flexible structure, and it may pursue any commercial or non-commercial purpose, as long as that purpose is legally admissible.
