After a structure has been formed, we will be happy to take over the management and the administrative work that may be necessary and to be available to you with our long-standing expertise. We will also take over positions on governing bodies as a foundation council member, trustee, director, or board member. If so desired by you, we will also exercise controlling functions such as that of protector or advisory council.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
